Dear Sir,

This has reference to the DBM approved expansion of your office and your future projects to be
implemented in Region 3 DPWH-District of Aurora. May I respectfully apply for the position of Engineer
II (Job Order). I am presently vacant and ready to start as soon as possible.

Stated below are my duties and responsibilities:

1. As an accredited Materials Engineer 1, I regularly conduct project inspection for compliance of


construction methodology by the Contractor as regards to the Quality of workmanship and
materials to be used. I also ensure that the technical specifications required by the contract
must be attained through proper project supervision.
2. Extensive exposure in the project supervision and monitoring of assigned Projects under DPWH.
Ensuring that Projects are not behind schedule (negative slippage) based on contract
agreement.
3. Over all in charge in the implementation of assigned projects under DPWH as Project Engineer in
Private Contractor particularly in Region 10 and Region 11. Make sure that project schedule
must be properly followed in order to maintain and attain the prescribe duration in the contract.
4. My work includes construction supervision of road projects from start to completion. Prepares
monthly accomplishment report (SWA) and do other project related tasks directed by the
immediate supervisor and counterpart implementing agency.
5. I was part in the road network and Admin Building construction of ASEZA (Phase 1) in Brgy.
Esteves, Casiguran, Aurora. As consultant inspector, I am strictly following the project contract
technical specification was being followed by the Contractor. All works must be checks with
request from the contractor prior to implementation.

Given the chance to serve under your Office, I am assuring you my best effort, cooperation and
dedication which I have acquired during my college days and previous employment.
