Converter operation & Gas Cutting Machine Operation).

I believe one of the major hindrances to the company growth is Corruption. As operation people
directly involve in company's development by increasing the production whereas vigilance people
indirectly help the company by eradicating corruption. I had attended one day training program for
Executives on various Administrative activities where I came to know about duties and
responsibilities of vigilance people. So I strongly believe joining in vigilance department will give me
an opportunity to serve NMDC in another way and also will help me to learn new things which in
turn add another dimension to my work profile.
