EXTENDED DAY FEE SCHEDULE: The fees below are for currently enrolled Magic or Apple Afterschool students
only and use of any hours between 8:30-5:30 (regular afterschool tuition for January 2019 must be paid to qualify for these rates):

$35 per day Kindergarten $45 per day grades 1-6 $85 per day for Extra Day
Rates above are for students attending the same number of days per week as regular afterschool
attendance. The extra day rate also applies for siblings and friends wanting to apply for admission.

• Due to staffing needs, only students enrolled by Dec. 19 will be guaranteed admission to camp

• Current Magic or Apple students (paying Jan 2019 regular afterschool tuition) may attend the
afternoon session of winter camp at no additional charge provided they are pre-registered by
Dec. 19 for same days & times as regular afterschool attendance, Gr. K (11-5:30) Gr. 1+ (2-5:30)

• Once enrollment is requested there can be no refunds for absences of any nature (please note:
we will however, do our best to accommodate switching of days if daily enrollment allows).

Please remember regular monthly tuition is due on January 1 and late after the 10th and must be paid on
time even if your student will not be attending during Winter Break. Please email Minh with any billing
questions or to make payment arrangements if needed.
