1- Printing facilities
a. Are you satisfied with current printing facilities? Yes/no ( No) (Never use it)
b. Did you get printing stuff for paper printing (Quiz, mid-term and final term)? ( NO) and
never use that facility .
Please write you suggestions:-

I do paper printing from shop for Mid and Final paper examination.I don’t know as a Visiting lecturer
printing facility are available for him or not.If this facility is avalible then I would like to avail this facility.

2- Invigilation duties
a. Are you satisfied with current exam invigilation duties? ( Yes )
b. Do you want duty roaster?

First of all I would like to say try to get student paper in examination hall where student can sit
separately on each chairs or benches during mid and final years examinations.Now a days two student
sit on one class benches during examination.

2ndly Most of the time lecturer teach one subject in two sections and on exam day he can do his duty as
invigilator in one class during exams.kindly provide invigilator from your department on that day of
examination.If possible for 2nd section of the class.

3- Paper secrecy
a. Do you satisfied current paper secrecy? ( YES)

4- Did exams coordinator present during exams? If not who provided you answer sheets.

( Yes she/he is available in exams duty).

5- Suggestions about improving Exams System.

Provide more sitting facility for students so that each student could sit on each bench seperatally .
