necessaryenlry {in his own handwriting) in the occupancyregisterbeforetakingpossessionofthe room.
6. OnlineResot / Hotel Reseruationtourists shouldcarry a printout of booking receipt, photo ID proof and
produceit to the Resort/ Hotel Managerat the time of check-in.
7. A refundabledepositof RS.2OO/- {RupeesTwo HundredOnly) per room will be collectedfrom the
tourist by the Resort Manager before occupying the room. The said deposit will be refunded to the
touristin fullatthe time of departureafterhe settlosallthebillsandsignsthe occupancyregister.
8. Fuli Occupancy chargesfor the entire period of stay to be paid in cash at the lime of booking {credit /
Debit Card facilities availableat Central. ReservationN4umbai.RegionalOffice, Pune and Goa and at
Mahabaleshwar, Ganpatipule, Matheran,Shkdiand Karlal
L a. The preponement / postponementis consideredwith 100/6additionalchargesmaximum3 days
beforethe check indate and time (Subjectto availability)
b. The preponementand postponement facility is entitled once only after which there will be no
cancellationor refund for the said reservation.
c. lf preponement / postponement o{ booking is taken lor higher category tari{f, the differential
amountwillhave10be paidandil it is for lowercategorytariff.No Refundwillbe given

the concernedtravelagentsonly.

15. Restaurantattached10 all Resortsand Hotel, hence cooking is not allowed in Rooms, Group
Accommodation andin Resortpremises.
16. Due to loadsheding of Electricitysupply,MTDC would operateGeneratorSets paftly in some of the
Resorts.However,this would not substitute24 hrs. electricitysupply for operationof A.C units,
Geysersetc. In that caseNO REFUND wouldbe given.

19. lJnderexceptionalcircumstancesMTDC may cancel booking done by tourist / Agenl or online however
the guest will be given full refund amount paid to I\4TDC.
