Learning Objectives: Final Draft


Objective:

To determine the stages of onboarding a new employee to the company – from recruiting candidates to
hiring the individual.

Activities/Resources:

1. Attend media recruiting training session from the HR manager.


2. Choose recruiting sources; create and post job ads.
3. Track rerouting sources effectiveness.

Evaluation/Verification:

1. Including a report of cost analysis for recruiting ads from all boards used.
2. Pictures of the brochures and job ads that I will design.

Objective:

To develop skills of administrations, specifically in the HRIS area of the Human Resources Department.

Activities/Resources:

1. Shadow HR manager on how to conduct a wage analysis.


2. Research and learn about employment laws.
3. Work on creating my own wage analysis report for the requested specific geographical regions.
4. Enter and track data relevant to human resources activities.

Evaluation/Verification

1. Demonstrate gathered research by listing Internet resources; literature searches; information.


2. Attach the spreadsheets of data that support the wage analysis report created.
