I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and I am committed to collaborate with clients

refining employee selection. Throughout my human resources experience background, I strive to
apply the knowledge accumulated by psychology with the aim of improving the efficiency of
companies, the performance of workers and the welfare of the people who make up the
organization while demonstrating professional behavior and effective communication skills.

Prior to holding my bachelor, I worked in the department of human resources at a corporation

involving the food industry and construction management for four years. During this period I
was exposed, but not limited to a management team with business initiatives, marketing
executions, the recruitment, selection and hiring, onboarding process and employee training and
development. My position turned me into a leader, orienting employees, overseeing staff’s
ability to meet the organization’s vision and taking over management functions.

Planning and directing with the human resources team triggered my interest in industrial
psychology. The experiences I underwent as a leader of a team influenced me to carry the
challenge in employee administration. Now with my current bachelors, I still aspire to a superior
task where I can chain my psychology knowledge and relationship building experience with my
management skills.

By earning the M.S in Industrial and Organizational Psychology degree, it does not only mean a
step for me to work for a reputable company but also an honor. My ideal job would be to serve
as an evaluation and assessment analyst, contributing to strategy and design formation. To
develop and execute evaluation assessment plans for specific leadership teams and projects.

I am a qualified candidate for this Master’s of Science program. I look forward to becoming a
student at Salem State University in Salem Massachusetts and achieve exceptional outcomes
from this institution. I look forward to meeting you soon.
