Chelsea Senior Center Chelsea, MI


Intergenerational Garden Coordinator, Intern May 2018-October 2018, 18 hours/week
- Cultivated 7,225 square feet of vegetables and flowers, including a hoop house, using organic practices.
- Increased fresh food access by using garden vegetables in senior lunches at the center, in Meals on
Wheels, through a farm stand, and through cooking demonstration.
