About the firm:


New firm set up by Mr. Vikram Gandhi. Firm will provide cross-border, domestic investment and
advisory services in the private, public and social sectors. VSG Capital Advisors will help bring
institutional, high net worth and developmental capital to India. The firm is also expected to provide
pro-bono services to clients in India.

Location: Firm is headquartered in New Delhi with expected operations in New York, London and
Hong Kong

People:
Vikram Gandhi – Founder & CEO
Vikram was a Vice Chairman, Investment Banking Department and Global Head of the Financial
Institutions Group (FIG) at Credit Suisse based in Hong Kong and New York. At Credit Suisse, he
served as a member of the global investment banking operating committee. Vikram holds an MBA
from the Harvard Business School and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Vikram was appointed by Sam Pitroda, Chairman-National Innovation Council & Advisor to the Prime
Minister, to the Governing Council and Investment Committee of the recently announced $1 billion
“India Inclusive Innovation Fund” that will fund enterprises that create innovative products and
services for the 500 million people at the bottom of the pyramid.
