Sparsha, an educational service provider, founded by Debabrata Bagchi(IIT Kharagpur) and Kapil
Kaushik(IIT Delhi), has received its seed funding from Tempus Capital and Blume Ventures, reports
VCCircle. The company’s flagship product, iLearnMore, is an e-learning suite of tools, available
analog electronics and digital electronics.
Sparsha focuses on simulation based learning coupled with virtual labs that offer virtual
devices, real component modelling, circuit simulation and modelling. The company has also struck
partnerships with Edurite, Edooni and others.

Across different sectors with recent focus on consumer oriented startups with a strong tech edge. The
firm assists portfolio companies from their pool of experts in various fields ranging from taxation to
technology, besides leveraging the vast resources, which are accessible to Tempus.

They invest in very early stage startups - companies that are still discovering a revenue model,
pricing, product or strategy. Working only with those who don't have the time to spend a lot of
money, we commit amounts of Rs 20 lacs to 50 lacs, and take stakes of 10-25% on the usual venture
capital terms.
