Summery:
Workplace violence in USA has been national epidemic since
2005.
Every year nearly half of USA workers aggression and violence
from coworkers’ customers and supervisors according to
occupations safety and health administration
Nearly 2000 assaults and 792 homicide occurred at workplace
through USA 2005.
According to nearest study one of the remarkable reasons on
these mental stress and depression one kind of mental sickness.
Former FBI agent Doug Kane said people who behavior
violently is intended to make violent accordance.
Question
What factors might lead to violent acts in the workplace? Are
these acts committed by only a few “sick” individuals, or are
many individuals capable of committing acts given certain
circumstances?

Answer: As the text shows, elements of stress and other factors

do contribute to this malaise. The environment can also be a
contributing factor. Again, students can take a variety of points
of view. Be sure to require students to defend their positions
empirically.

Conclusion:
So, the manager needs to award from the employee who may
commit violent act
