only 92 kg.

Mrs. Sandwich : Three months ago I feel my appetite has increased, everyday I eat
more than 3 times a day with very large portions.
Doctor : Do you like to eat fast food?
Mrs. Sandwich : Yes, I like it. Because it’s so very yummy nyam nyam
Doctor : In other that, what icreases your appetite?
Mrs. Sandwich : I often consume the foods that was contain a lots of fat, for example
meatballs.
Doctor : Do you like to eat over snacks ?
Mrs. Sandwich : Yes, everyday I always eat over some snack. I can't control the desire
to eat some snacks. So, I needed the solve for my problem, doc?
Doctor : Ok, Mrs. Sandwich, I will tell you about your problem . you have an
obesity problem, because you don’t control your meal. For this
situation I wanna give you a solution. You have to do a balance diet
and exercise at least 3 times a week, an example just take a walk in
the morning.
