Congressional Hearing Checklist

Thursday Dec. 6 Congressional Hearing Checklist:

 Students must have all 4 initialed by Mr. Reed, Mr. Fairchild or Mr. Babcock

o Have focus questions completed and ready for revision

o Finish reading and analyzing precedent cases and other relevant

research

o Begin writing your opening and closing statement

o Begin developing your evidence (finding more, attaching it directly to

points of your argument) and discussing how your precedent cases can
support your position.
