To Whom It May Concern

It gives me great pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for

Mr. Nick Reed. I am fully aware that Nick is currently pursuing his lifelong dream
of being an educator and I am privileged to share some thoughts on his
qualifications.

I have known Nick now for over 10 years. Following my retirement as a GM

Sales and Marketing Executive, I have been volunteering as a Football Coach at
Rochester High School. I first became aware of Nick as a player at RHS. He
had an outstanding career and, as Team Captain his Senior year, he led his
team to one of only 4 Playoff berths in the schools 130+ year existence. He
played both ways, and although his on field contributions were many, his most
significant value was his outstanding leadership. He was the kind of leader every
Coach dreams of having as he made everyone around him better through his
actions, deeds, and words.

And, fortunately for RHS, a few years after graduation, he returned to help the
team as a Coach. Despite his very young age and inexperience he was named
as our JV Head Coach. And, just last year, he was promoted to the position of
Defensive Coordinator for the RHS Varsity. I have been very blessed to watch
his maturity and confidence build as he has enthusiastically embraced the role of
developing young lives. And, all this he has done while also completing his
education to prepare for the role of full time educator.

I have no doubt that Nick will be a phenomenally successful educator. Nick is a

young man of impeccable character, unquestioned integrity, and boundless
enthusiasm and energy. I have no doubt that he would achieve great success in
any field of endeavor and I fully believe that the field of education is truly lucky to
have him join their ranks. I recommend him, absolutely without reservation, and
would welcome the opportunity to discuss if you would like.

Sincerely,

William L Ames
