I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Sean Bailey for Nipmuc Regional High School

National Honor Society, as I have had the pleasure of knowing him for over ten years. It is with

great confidence that I express my endorsement for Sean.

I have had the privilege of witnessing Sean grow and develop over the years, both personally and

professionally. His commitment to academics and community service has always been

exemplary. I believe that Sean possesses a unique blend of intelligence, passion, and empathy

that sets him apart from his peers.

One aspect of Sean's character that I find particularly commendable is his involvement with the

Best Buddies program. I have observed his dedication and genuine enthusiasm in fostering

meaningful connections with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Sean has consistently demonstrated the ability to create inclusive and supportive environments

for everyone involved in the Best Buddies program. He regularly attends all meetings both in

school and out of school and also is a member of our executive board.

Sean’s leadership within the Best Buddies community showcases his deep understanding of the

importance of fostering inclusive friendships. Sean can often be seen visiting the Vista room,

consistently going above and beyond to ensure that each individual feels valued, heard and

included.

Moreover, Sean is not only dedicated to his extracurricular activities but also excels

academically. His academic achievements reflect his strong work ethic and ability to balance

various responsibilities effectively. I have been fortunate to witness Sean as manager of the

2022 Nipmuc Girls soccer team where he excelled as not only a record keeper, but also a

teammate, showing his enthusiasm and unwavering support each and every day. Sean can also
be seen leading the class of 2026, as president, in many fundraisers, community service

projects and numerous social events. His enthusiasm and passion for his class is unmatched!

I have no doubt that Sean will continue to excel in any endeavor he chooses to pursue. His

commitment to personal and academic growth, coupled with his remarkable contributions to

the Best Buddies program, make him an outstanding candidate for any opportunity he may seek.
