MARTINEZ

Dear Hiring Committee,

My name is Joseph Martinez and I am interested in any position where I can

further practice the skills that I have developed throughout my volunteer and work
experience. I hope These experiences will aid me when I apply for the Bachelor of
Child and Youth.

I have been a committed volunteer for about 4 years in different capacities, and a
worker for 1 year. I have full confidence in the following skills:

 Effective Communicating
 Leadership
 Flexible
 Self-motivated
 Time management

I have been exposed to working with individuals from different populations and
demographics. In one of the summer camps I volunteer in, we work with primarily
underserved and priority residents. This has given me a well-round set of skills to
effectively communicate, interact, and support individuals in a respectful manner.
These type of skills are transferable and makes me a great candidate as they
have shed great knowledge, understanding and compassion when working with
and for others.

If given the opportunity for an interview I can demonstrate my ambition and

responsibility to enter the workforce. You can reach me on my mobile after 3:00
pm or email me at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for taking the time to read my cover letter and I hope to hear from you,

Joseph Martinez
