My communication skills have been developing ever since I have started volunteering at the
hospital and participating in Pacific Club. Due to my volunteering years, handling critical
situations are common to me. Leadership and social skills have progressed significantly
Skills throughout my years in high school. I am fluent in both Spanish and English. Being bilingual
is a major help to the community and towards my surroundings. Experienced in sales
management and child care. Having the opportunity to interact with disabled students at my
high school, gives me an open idea on how to treat everyone I met equally.

Mercy Hospital I started to volunteer there to improve my social and leadership skills
(Volunteering) and develop work experience. During my time there I got to work
2014 - 2017 with nurses by helping and comforting patients during their recovery.
Provided customer satisfaction by following specific orders instructed
to me. Answering telephone professionally and with interpersonal
skills. Also, assisted in maintaining work area clean, organized and
stocked. While being in the volunteering program at the hospital
helped me improve my adaptability and problem solving. Most of all
in handling pressure during critical situations.

Work History
-Pacific Club This club has helped me open up to my communication skills and
-Ballet Folklorico collaboration with others to help the community. Self-confidence and
Club Secretary creativity have progressed throughout spending time with my
(Buhach Colony) classmates, strong work ethic included. Working with special ed. teens
2016 - 2018 has shown me to comprehend people with difficult past and
emotionally changed me. The experiences in vending, socializing,
learning new abilities and discovering many other cultures has
opened my mind to new ideas.
