Esteemed Human Relations Panel:

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Madeline Lanois. I have
been honored to work alongside her since 2021 when she decided to join our RMMS family. She
currently serves as an English-Language Arts teacher, however, she does so much more! She also
serves in leadership roles on our PBIS site team as well as our Site Based Decision Making
Committee.
During her tenure at RMMS, she has been implementing UDL lesson development to teach
scholars at varied levels. In addition, she collaborates with her counterparts to ensure that we are
meeting the needs of ALL of our scholars. She creates meaningful, relevant activities that are
specifically designed to increase literacy. She uses multiple modes of learning including digital
platforms (Nearpod, Flocabulary, Beable) and physical movement (classroom stations, question trails)
to increase scholar engagement. She works hard to maximize on our scholars’ strengths, interests,
and values and to show them how they can use them to overcome challenges they might face in their
learning. Her goal is always to make his scholars know that they are valued and that she truly
believes in them. She is also a very reflective educator, asking for input from her scholars so that she
can continue to grow, learn, and improve her teaching.
Ms. Lanois will be an asset to any team or school she decides to join. Her commitment to
scholars and their growth is undeniable. She takes her work seriously and is always willing to help
out when she can. She LOVES this work and it shows in everything she does. If you have any
