To Whom It May Concern Re: Kyleigh Pharris

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Kyleigh Pharris.

Kyleigh has been with Ruamrudee International School (RIS) since August 2016 as a prekindergarten teacher
and the Head of the Prekindergarten Department. RIS is Prek- grade 12 international school in Bangkok
Thailand. It was established over 60 years ago and is well respected in the regional community. My current role
at RIS is as the Elementary School Director of Curriculum and Professional Development; and during Kyleigh’s
time with us I have also been the Interim Elementary School Principal.

Kyleigh is extremely committed, conscientious and reliable. Her dedication to the students and the school is
evident through her passion for student well being and development, interest in constantly learning more as an
educator and in contributing to the school community. Kyleigh is highly respected by all staff, including myself.
She demonstrates a warm, caring approach to the children and works hard to ensure that each child receives
appropriate levels of support and differentiation.

When I first met Kyleigh; my initial thoughts of her were that she was a natural born teacher, always concerned
about her students and always trying to find ways to accommodate the different learning needs of every student
in her class. As a classroom teacher, Kyleigh is well organized, passionate and knowledgeable in best
instruction for early childhood. Her classroom demonstrates a rich learning environment with happy students.
You will always find Kyleigh engaged with students and following their lead; either in whole groups, small
groups or individually. Throughout the four years that Kyleigh has been with us, I quickly realized that she is
also a skilled leader, she took on the role as the Head of Department for Prekindergarten and is on our
Instructional Leadership Team. As a leader, she is knowledgeable, inspiring and exceptionally competent. In
addition, she provides regular professional development for our teachers in early child development and the
Reggio Emilia approach to learning. She is intelligent, easy to work with, respectful of others and always
positive and encouraging.

In conclusion, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Kyleigh for any educational position she may seek.
She will be greatly missed at RIS, however I have no doubt that she will be a great asset in her next school and I
