Thank you for taking the time to review my application. I am interested in applying for a
secondary level teaching position in your school. I am looking to use my degree in Secondary
Education major in English. I acquired my teaching licensed two years ago and have practiced
the profession since then.

While teaching in Sibulan Science High School, I have had opportunities to work with Junior
High School students. I was able to develop my teaching skills as well as my interpersonal skills
as I dealt not just with the students but with the different people who were involved in our school
community. I have had many accomplished tasks and activities in the previous institution I
belonged to such as social extension activities or community involvement projects.

Aside from teaching, I have other skills which I can share to my students and extra knowledge in
other fields which I can integrate with the subject that I teach. I know that this is my edge from
other applicants who also intend to secure a position in your institution.

Knowing how vital continuous professional development is, I am seeking a career that will help
me to continue working with people in various ways. I hope you will find that I am qualified for the
position you seek to fill. Working in a group has always been an exciting thing to me as I believe
that strong collaboration can bring out the best in the people within a society. Aside from
English, I hope to soon be teaching the value of collaboration and social interaction to your
students. I hope that you will consider this application.
