I have crafted this letter on behalf of Mr. Noe Vasquez. I have known Noe
for this school year and he has always shown himself to be a focused and
responsible young man. Noe is a person that exemplifies the qualities that
we are all looking for in a young leader today. Noe has many talents and has
fully dedicated himself to be the best he can be in all of them.

Noe has participated in many school and community activities and events.
Noe has been a paticipant in clubs and organizations in high school. I have
personally had Noe as a Student, Noe has always proven himself to be a
courteous and industrious student leader.

Noe is a wondereful young man and has overcome many hardships to be the
strong student leader that we all have come to know. It is not often in
today’s world that we come across a person of such high moral standing and
tremendous work ethic.

So it is with tremendous admiration that I highly recommend Mr. Noe
