To Whom It May Concern:
It gives me great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Stacey Chang. I have had
the privilege of knowing her as a good neighbor and also working with her for the past four
years in academic and community service environments.
During this time, Stacey has demonstrated the highest level of commitment to the principles of
the sponsoring Lions Clubs mission of we serve. In transitioning from Merced High School to
the newly opened El Capitan High School in 2013, she was the primary driving force in the
formation of the newly established school Leo Club. As a charter member and President for the
important two first years of the club, her hard work and commitment led to the establishment
of one of the schools most successful clubs. A testament to her excellent leadership has been
the incredible 50% growth in membership and the clubs subsequent increased contribution to
the needs of the community.
Stacey has excellent organizational skills and works well within a group environment. She
contributes purposeful concepts and ideas and allows for open discussion from her team
members before helping make group decisions.
Stacey has a voracious appetite for learning and experiencing diverse challenges in both
academic and non-academic settings. Although, she is a high achiever with specific and realistic
career objectives, she has remained loyal to her family obligations as well, often helping care
for her nieces while their parents are at work.
I wholeheartedly recommend Stacey for any opportunity that enhances her pursuit for
continued educational development. I would be glad to discuss her qualifications in more
detail.
Sincerely,

Gary Eno
