It is a pleasure for me to write this letter of reference for Hayley Zabolotniuk. I have had
the opportunity to observe Hayley in my school for her IFX. During this period I have witnessed
her work with the Physical Education and Math Department. Hayley creates a positive
atmosphere for fellow staff members and students. Her passion for working with youth is evident
in every interaction she has with a member of the school community. Hayley is enthusiastic and
energetic, determined to empower all children to do their best regardless of the challenges they
may be presented with. She also knows the importance of forging relationships with them and
their parents.
Hayley is able to 'Juggle many balls", making a monumental task appear effortless. She
establishes a wonderful relationship with each individual involved in the activity. Her ability as a
young teacher is impressive. Her determination to enhance the learning environment of the
students she worked with was evident in her quest to find ways to better support them in and out
of the classroom.

I believe Hayley would be the perfect fit in any school community. She is a true team
player who works well with others. She is always well organized, displays solid work ethic, and
is well respected by students, staffand parents.
In closing, it is my opinion that Hayley Zabolotniuk has the determination, skills,
commitment, and personality that would be an asset to any school staff and grow into a master
