    Subject: Expression of Interest (EOI) for Water Supply System Design

    Dear Sirs,

    This is in response to your public notice published on Ethiopian Herald Thursday, January 05,
    2016 inviting for EOI to conduct Water Supply System Design in Joint Venture with Waki
    Engineering Plc under Lot I-Ground rater investigation and water supply system design.

    AMEN have attached necessary information according to the standard form. The information
    furnished by us in this expression of interest as a joint venture member is correct to the best of
    the ciompany record. Based on these information’s, we understand you would be able to
    evaluate our proposals indiviually and jointly in order to prequalify for the above mention
    assignment.
