Valid List of Documents for Address Proof

Please Submit any one of the below mentioned documents

1) Valid Passport
2) Voter ID card
3) Valid Permanent Driving license
4) Aadhaar Card issued by government of India.
5) Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government

Additional Documents acceptable for BSBDA accounts, Salaried customers, Minor, House Wife
(if declared annual income < Rs.15 Lacs) , Students (if declared annual income < Rs.15 Lacs),
Senior citizen, Retired employee, Public limited company , Liquidators ,
Local Authorities or Public Bodies , Public Sector Undertakings, and Government
Departments / Undertakings, Statutory Corporations

 Letter issued by a gazette officer, with a duly attested photograph of the person
 Utility bill which is not more than two months old of any service provider (electricity,
telephone, postpaid mobile phone, piped gas, water bill);
 Property or Municipal Tax receipt;
 Bank account or Post Office savings bank account statement / passbook;
 Pension or family pension payment orders (PPOs) issued to retired employees by
Government Departments or Public Sector Undertakings, if they contain the address;
 Letter of allotment of accommodation from employer issued by State or Central
Government departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, public sector
undertakings, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions and listed
companies. Similarly, leave and license agreements with such employers allotting
official accommodation; and
 Documents issued by Government departments of foreign jurisdictions and letter
issued by Foreign Embassy or Mission in India.
