I, Fridayten April B. Salinas from University of Mindanao taking up Bachelor of Science in
Architecture, would like to ask your permission to allow me to conduct a site survey on the
terminal and an interview with the administrator and among some passengers. This is in
view of my thesis project proposal which may have regard with the facility. I am conducting
the survey to find ways to improve the terminal in any way possible as a requirement for the
study. The interview will result to collecting data about the terminal. Participation in the
survey is entirely voluntary and there are no known or anticipated risks to participation in
this study. All information provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and would be used
only for academic purposes. The names of the respondents will not appear in any thesis or
