Health Services Hires Vice President of Business Development
—Tiphanie Forst Brings Diverse Technical Proposal Experience to Industry-leading Medical Services Provider —
Cape Canaveral, Fla. — Comprehensive Health Services (CHSi), one of the nation’s largest and most experienced workforce medical services providers, announces the addition of Tiphanie Forst as vice president of business development.
Forst will be responsible for managing domestic federal government business development, which includes creating strategies that focus growth in CHSi’s core competencies, identifying new business opportunities, leading capture efforts to win those opportunities, and working with potential clients and partners to develop strong value propositions.

Before joining CHSi, Forst worked at Leidos (formerly SAIC) as group senior director of proposal operations for the Health Solutions Group. In this role she supported a wide variety of contract-winning proposals across commercial and federal sectors, and diverse technical areas.
Forst spent more than four years as a business development and proposal manager at EMMES Corporation, a contract research organization, and was a project manager and emergency response coordinator for an infectious disease study within NIH’s National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Disease department.
Her background includes several years of clinical and pharmaceutical experience, a bachelor’s degree in biology from Rutgers University and an advanced project management certification from Stanford University. ###
