    This project abstract describes designing and analyzing the shaft used in the wiper of an automobile.     Shaft designing and analysis used in wiper of Automobile

    Abstract:
    Shaft are used for transmitting power. Shafts have wide applications in daily life for example
    shafts are used in automobiles, power generators etc. The following project is about the shaft used in
    automobile front screen wiper. The main purpose of the wiper is to clean the front screen during rainy
    weather. Automobile wiper uses shaft for the transmission between two rods.

    Requirements:
    Yield strength = 600 Mpa
    Elastic modulus = 71300 Gpa
    Shaft length = 600 mm
