EDUCATION
AWARDS/EXTRACURRICULARS
- I have competitively swam at RMSC since I was nine years old
- Currently a member of the National Training Group at my
site
- I swim for Blair’s division 1 team as well as my summer pool
swim team.
I recently viewed your job listing for a pool manager position and
figured it would be a great fit for me. I have worked as a lifeguard at
my local pool for three years and as a pool manager for one year.
I love the water and have always been a strong swimmer and guarding has
come easy to me. I am empathetic to other guards and patrons’ needs
which has been a necessary trait for conflict resolution at my pool. I’m
an organized person which helps with scheduling and opening and closing,
as well as staying on top of the hourly readings.
I look forward to hearing back from you and hopefully working at
Montgomery college in the future.
Sincerely,
Ian Saute
