By implementation of various methods causes reduction in repeated break downs.
 Break down analysis for all depts. and effective implementation of corrective &
preventive action.
 Power saving- By improving power factor & by various methods.
 Improvement in productivity & quality.(By Installation of VFD)
 Material Saving- Gap between two blanks reduced by 3-4 mm saved material. Paint
saving – Painting stopped between two wheels saved paint cost by 10 % with other
intangible benefits.
 Installation of Taper shank twist drill (TSTD) & Jobber Drill section in shortest
period.
 Reconditioning ,Recto fitting & refurbishment of machines meticulously
 Converted Cispel( HEID) CNC machines control system in SINUMERIC -810
 Converted Conventional relay logic control panel into to auto PLC base for British
Clearing Mechanical press. 250 T
