Manufacture 5.1 The products covered by this specification shall be produced either by hot extruding and cold finishing or by hat, folling with or without cold finishing, at the option of th producer. 6. Quality Assurance 6.1. Responsibility for Inspection and Tests-—Unless other vise specified inthe contract or purchase order, the producer is responsible for the performance of all inspection andes requirements specified herein.
