YOGA AND ASANS

1. VRAJASANA
Vrajasana is also called the diamond
pose. It is the base of most of the asana.

PROCEDURE:
1. Kneel down on the floor. Point the
toes of the feet backwards and keep
the feet to together.
2. Lower your body so that your
buttocks rest on the heels.
3. place your palms on your knees,
keep your spine erect and look
straight.
4. Hold the position for 5 minutes.
