Contract Stakeholder Analysis

The Stakeholder Analysis model helps determine the perspective and strategy to take
with various stakeholder groups within the contract sphere of influence.
Effective Contract Management demands stakeholder engagement and
communication. The Stakeholders will have a mixed perspective influenced by both
their understanding and their perceived agreement or otherwise. By plotting these
perspectives we can determine which of the Stakeholder types they will be, and thus
what sort of strategy we need to adopt to make manage the Stakeholder relationships.
