How to create a tenderbook

 The master document contains all tenderbook heads of


chapters and the texts common to all tenders
 You’ll find instructions highlighted in yellow all along the
master document

The module document is presenting the same chapters structure each


containing the various texts blocks that can be pasted into the
master doc. according to the project requirements

The user just need to copy the right text block from the
module(s) and paste it into the master document

Some chapters of the master document are optional and have


to be deleted from the master document if useless.
The chapter numbering will be automatically updated

 Repeat the process for all chapters of the master document

 Just delete the chapters that are not needed for your project

To change and/or update the headers and footers:


 Just double click on it and you’ll gain access to the texts
 Changes will be applied to the whole document

When your project tenderbook is completed:


 Delete all instruction texts and the first instruction page
 Update the cover page with the selected solutions
 Right click into the table of content and select ‘update
field’ and choose ‘update entire table’
