Sub: Application for admission to hostel accommodation as a visiting student

Respected Sir/Ma’am,

I am a graduate student from Rajkot, who will be arriving to the BITS Hyderabad
campus as a visiting student to work on a project from beginning of February upto
a month. I have to shift from my native place, and I do not have any facility for
accommodation in the city around the campus since I will be new here. Therefore,
I kindly request you to allot me a room in the girls hostel accommodation and
oblige me. I am willing to pay the concerned rent. It will be a great help if that will
be possible.
