StepWell

Offices produce paper wastes in an enormous amount.

And office papers are high quality papers which are easy to
recycle due to the presence of low ink. Thus a lot of
paper wastes can be recycled and put to use. Moreover,
beverage containers and other cardboard trash can also be
collected and recycled. The strategy is to consider the
potential of the waste in and around the building and
utilize the same as a resource.
The stepwell situated at the back of the towers is designed so as
to collect water from the whole site. It is deep
enough to collect water from even the lowest level on site.
