    Elgris Technologies ( www.elgris.com) has the tool E-studio Pro that can help.

    E-studio can convert the whole symbol library (the whole OLB file) from OrCAD library
    to ConceptHDL (Allegro Entry HDL) library. This is done in one conversion.
