Types of Door

This single leaf swinging door is used to replace the door at the living room because it has an
extra external door and lock. It helps to keep our house more safety and the design of the
door is also look elegance. Figure 2 is use as rear door because it has an extra door and lock
too. It also made up of stainless steel that is weather-proof and durable.
These two type of door are used to replace the store room door and the utility room. The
figure 3 louvre door is use to replace the store room door. The figure 4 cellular core flush
door is then use to replace the utility room door. The store room door is using louvre door
because it is under the stairs and this door is a window blind or shutter with horizontal slats
that are angled that admit light and air, but to keep out rain and direct sunshine. Next, the
cellular core flush door is use as the door of utility. This is because they are cheap and easily
available. It is also good in appearance. The most important is the cellular core flush door can
be easily cleaned so required low maintenance.

These two type of door are used to replace the bathroom door. Figure 6 pocket sliding door
will be installed at the bathroom 1 and 3. It can avoid to waste the space than the door
swinging out, it is conveniently slides into a compartment in the wall. This bifold door is used
to replace the two doors of bathroom 2. The bifold door can help to save some space when
we open the door. The bifold door with aluminium frames has a good durability and the most
important is the aluminium frames can stand for the nature humidity and moisture of the
bathroom or toilet, and one must select the toilet door to be water-resistant and rustproof.
For the bedroom, we choose the single leaf swinging MDF interior door (D5). MDF is more
stable than solid wood and can withstand better when changes in heat or humidity. It is also
simple to clean, maintain and can easier for others to knock the door before they coming in.
Next, the 4 panel sliding door will be installed at the dinning room. The four panel sliding
door is used because it is suitable to build at the balcony or beside the garden. It can let more
natural light come into the building and makes our house look more refreshing with the
sunlight. Then, it is also has a nice outlook.
Types of window
Figure 10 Awning top hung window is used to replace the W2 at the bathroom 1, 2, 3.
Awning top hung window is replaced because it designed to attach at the top of the wall and
it is more safety to build at the toilet. Besides that, it swing outward and it also make a better
air-circulation in the toilet to prevent odour.
Figure 11 Side hung casement window (W3)
Figure 11 side hung casement window is used to replace the W3 at the utility, kitchen. Side
hung casement window is the most common house window in Malaysia. It is used because it
is good as rain and wind proof window in Malaysia. Besides that, it can also open up to
100% to let the smoke get out faster when cooking at the kitchen. Side hung casement
window is more low maintenance than sliding window. Next, it is also easy to be clean
because the window opening can be adjust and we can clean it easily.
This horizontally sliding window (W4) is used to replace bedroom 2, 3 and master bedroom.
Since the horizontally sliding window can open up to at least 50%. This is very suitable for
the client who have children because it help us to keep a good air-circulation in our bedroom
so that the bedroom will have good air condition. Hence, it is good for children health. Next,
it is used because it can let large amount of daylight to penetrate into the room and to let the
room look more elegance.
Figure 13 Corner fixed window (W5)
This corner fixed window is used to replace the W5 at the living room and the master room.
The corner fixed window is replaced because it can let more natural light come into the
building and it does not need to open or close the window. Besides that, it is also help us to
make our corner of our building more elegance.
This fixed window is used to replace the W6 at the dining room and bedroom 3. The fixed
window is replaced because it is suitable to let more natural light into the building and it does
not need to open or close the window. Hence, it has same functions with the corner fixed
window and the only difference is this fixed windows are installed on the plane wall while
the corner fixed windows are at the corner.
Type of Floor ,Wall , Ceiling finishes
Figure 15 urban white tile will be installed at the kitchen as wall tiles and it is also be
installed as floor tiles of living room, dining area and utility. The reason with choose it is
because it is highly durable so it can be used for longer time. In addition, it is also low
maintenance.
Figure 16 Gable w/ Marquina mosaic tile will be installed at the kitchen. This is because the
client’s wife likes to cook and she also likes the styles of Bohemia. Hence this tiles is almost
suitable for her so that she can enjoy herself in the kitchen. This tiles can be easy to clean by
using warm water and a sponge.
Figure 17 Allure Floating Resillent Flooring
Figure 17 Allure Floating Resillent Flooring was installed at bedroom 2, 3, family area, and

All the bathroom floor tiles was replaced by this bianco porcelain stones tile. Porcelain tiles
are highly durable and has less porous. Hence it is high moisture resistant and suitable for the
uses of bathroom and let the appearance elegant.
Figure 19 Estetico Ceramic wall tiles
The wall tiles of bathroom 1,2,3 were replaced by figure 19 Estetico Ceramic wall tiles.
These tiles are not damaged by liquids and have high moisture resistance. It is also easy to be
clear and have good appearance.
Figure 20 natural stone is using at car porch area Natural stone is a durable, hard material that
will weather a lot before it gives out. It’s very reliable. Natural stone is scratch and abrasion
resistant
Figure 21 NOCE GRIGIO wood panel
The living room television wall will install Figure 21 NOCE GRIGIO wood panel. The
reason we chose it because it is natural wood and can let the house more natural.
