    Non Disclosure Agreement

    We need the Service Manual with Schematic Diagrams for repairing the Solidyne equipment
    described below.
    We will use this information only to see at a PC screen

    I further agree that when we receive the schematic diagrams, our radio station will assume the full
    responsibility for the equipment maintenance. Then Solidyne will not have anymore any technical or
    commercial responsibility, even during the five years warranty.

    We understand that the information of the Service Manual is proprietary of Solidyne and its
    divulgation may infringe industrial patents or commercial rights. Our compromise is to reserve it
    only for repair Solidyne products. We will keep it into the Radio in order to avoid that third parties
    can access this information.
