agreed to in writing. We will not be responsible to any parties for the contents of the report, other than the party named
herein .
The report is effectively a snapshot of the house, recording the conditions on a given date and time. Home inspectors
cannot predict future behavior, and as such, we cannot be responsible for things that occur after the inspection. If
conditions change, we are available to revisit the property and update our report (fees apply).

SUPPLY PLUMBING \ Water supply pump
Condition: Shut off valve for water pump improperly installed. As sign states, it should have been placed on the pipe
below so that the pump would stop when the water is shut-off. Until this has been evaluated by a licensed plumber, use
the switch in the picture to shut off the water in the house

Wood shake roofing can sometimes last up to 40 years if properly maintained and not exposed to severe weather often.
This roof is over 20 years old, and is starting to show signs of wear. It may be possible that the life could be extended by
replacing some of the shingles, however that is for a qualified roofer to decide. I would recommend a good, qualified
roofer inspect your roof and give you a more thorough opinion of the life expectancy.
