We called ourselves as The Reading Family because we want to create awareness of promoting reading habits at home. We believe that parents play an important role to start doing reading activities with their children so that they will become more interested in reading. However, most of parents won’t find it easy to conduct reading activities with their children due to lack of experience or knowledge of using reading skills and inability to choose appropriate learning approaches. Thus, several programmes under The Reading Family will be conducted to suggest communicative and engaging reading activities that parents can use while reading together with their children.
