    presgibing the CY 20L8 Operational Key Performance lndicators

    TO All lnternal Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned

    I. OBJECTIVE

    This Order is issued to amend certain portions in Annex A of RMO No. 12-2018
    relative to the CY 2CLB BIR Cperational Key Performance lndicators (KPls).

    II. AMENDMENT

    Amending the "Forrnula" , "Target" and "KPl Weight" portions in Annex A of RMO
    trio. 12-2018 for the KPI No. 9 - Expedite Updating of Schedule of Zonal Values (please
    referr to attached Annex A).

    III. REPEALING CI-At-'SE

    The related portions of Annex A of RMO No. 12-2018 which is inconsistent herewith
    is h:reby repealed and amended accordingly.

    IV. EFFECTIVITY

    This Order takes effect immediately'
