Pursuant to decision 60/2013/QĐ-TTg day 21/10/2013 of the prime minister

regulations function, mission, the authority and framework organization of Directorate
for roads of Vietnam of Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to protocol number 24/2010/NĐ-CP day 15/3/2010 government regulation
recruiting, use and governance organization public servants; Circulars number
13/2010/TT-BNV day 30/12/2010 of Minister Ministry of Home Affairs Interior
regulations detail some things about recruiting and rise category public servants of Base
protocol number 24/2010/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to protocol number 204/2004/NĐ-CP day 14/12/2004 government about
mode wages for personnel department, civil servants, officials and armed forces;
Pursuant to decision 2645/QD-TCĐBVN 04/8 day/2017 of DIRECTORATE FOR
ROADS OF VIET NAM about ratify results examination public servants of
DIRECTORATE FOR ROADS OF VIET NAM 2017;
Pursuant to staffing need, capability and professional qualification
DECIDES

Clause 1. To appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan - transport construction engineering,

grade of civil servant, grade code number: 01.003, ITS Southern Operating Center, from
the date of signed decision.
Clause 2. Mr Nguyen Manh Tuan ranked in salary 2/9, number system: 2,67. The
time that started rising wages from 01/8/2015.
Clause 3. Head of Administration Office, Director of Department of Personnel and
Organization, Director of EXPRESSWAY ADMINISTRATION, Heads of relevant units
and Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan are responsible for implementing this decision./.
