Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education No. 74 / 2014 / QH13;

Pursuant to Circular No. 47/2016/TT - BLD, Invalids and Social Affairs dated December 28,
2016 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs regulating the Charter of intermediate
schools; Circular No. 18/2018/TT - BLDTBXH dated October 30, 2018 of the Ministry of Labor
- Invalids and Social Affairs amending and supplementing a number of articles of relevant
circulars of administrative procedures within the scope of State management functions of the
Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 20/2016/QD - UBND dated May 6, 2016 of the People's Committee of
Bac Ninh province on regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the
Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs Bac Ninh province ;
Pursuant to Decision No. 73/QD - UBND dated January 25, 2019 of the People's Committee of
Bac Ninh province on allowing the establishment of Thang Long Multidisciplinary Intermediate
School;
Pursuant to Decision No. 39/QD - SLDTBXH dated March 7, 2019 2019 of the Department of
Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on the establishment of the Board of Directors of Thang Long
Multidisciplinary Intermediate School for the term 2019-2024;
Pursuant to Decision No. 376 / QD - SLDTBXH dated December 24, 2019 of the Department of
Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on changing members of the Board of Directors of Thang
Long Multidisciplinary Intermediate School for the term 2019-2024;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Capital Contributing Shareholders of Thang Long
Multidisciplinary Intermediate School in Official Dispatch No. 05 / CV - DNTL dated November
16, 2021 on changing members of the Board of Directors for the 2019-2024 term;

DECISION:
Article 1. Change of members of the Board of Directors of Thang Long Multidisciplinary
Intermediate School for the term 2019 - 2024.
The Board of Directors of Thang Long Multidisciplinary Intermediate School for the term 2019-
2024 (after changing members) includes the following men and women:
1. Mr. Nguyen Duy Binh - Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Born on September 26, 1983, ID card number 112 242 005 issued by Hanoi City Police on
December 28, 2012, permanent residence in Vong Xuyen - Phuc Tho - Hanoi City.
2. Ms. Hoang Thi Hien - Member of the Board of Directors and Secretary.
Born on May 18, 1985, ID card number 001185022107 issued by the National immigration
registration and data management police department on January 10, 2018, permanent residence
in Vong Xuyen - Phuc Tho - Hanoi City
3. Mr. Nguyen Manh Tu - Member of management Council.
Born on December 12, 1997, ID card number 001097009378 issued by the National immigration
registration and data management police department on October 4, 2019, permanent residence in
Long Xuyen - Phuc Tho - Hanoi City.
Article 2. This decision takes effect from the date of signing, replacing Decision No. 376 /QD -
SLDTBXH dated December 24, 2019 of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs
on replacing members of the Board of Directors.
Article 3. Head of Vocational Training Management Department, Thang Long Multidisciplinary
Intermediate School and the men and women named in the list in Article 1 are responsible for
implementing this Decision./.
