Participants are required to bray with them their travel order, office ID, laptop, and extension 3. Travel and incidental expenses will be charged against local funds while board and lodging, administrative cost, and training materials shall be charged against BLD - HRTD funds downloaded to the Region, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations, 4, Enclosed is the Regional Memorandum no. 685, s. 2018 for your reference. 5.
