Electric Car Club Logo Write Up

The elements of my design are line and value. My logo represents

line because we couldn't use colour so we had to show dimension and
deferatiate things from each other with lines and what lines belong to what
object. For example, the lines makinging the circle are thinner than the box
around it all to separate the two. The logo represents value because It
creates a pattern in the design, which is a thick black object in the center,
followed by a thinner line, and then ending with a very think black line. It
brings your attention to the center of the circle then makes your eye go to
the outline of it all, witch also describes my principle, Emphasis. The way
my logo guids eyes to look at the main part of the logo which is the driver
and the text. Then it leads to the outside to the gears.
