    Respectfully it is stated that I am working as Women Medical Officer
    in Anaesthesia Department. Since 05-11-2013. Moreover I have already passed my
    MCPS Anaesthesiology examination in Nov, 2018. Now I want to apply as Senior
    Registrar Anaesthesiology (BPS-18) on Adhoc Basis in same institute
    QAMC/BVH. Advertisement No. IPB-10 Nawai-E-Waqt Multan,
    Dated 04-01-2019. Kindly Grant me NOC. So that I may apply againts the said
    port.
