LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
for
Mr. Wafiullah

This letter is to confirm that Mr. Wafiullah, faculty of the Nangarhar University, has been
admitted to MSc program in Computational Engineering offered by Cracow University of
Technology Faculty of Civil Engineering. The program will commence in October 2010 and
shall be accomplished by 29th February 2012.

At present, Mr. Wafiullah takes part in a preparatory course for MSc program at the
International Center of Education of the Cracow University of Technology. The preparatory
course comprises a basic Polish language course and an intensive English language course.
Classes will be taught till 30th August 2010. Mr. Wafiullah is expected to leave for
Afghanistan on 31st August 2010 and return to Krakow during the last week of September
2010 (27-30 September 2010) to commence the MSc program on I" October 2010. The cost
of his tuition and stay in Krakow has been and will be covered by San Diego State University
Research Foundation within the framework of the agreement between Cracow University of
Technology and San Diego State University Research Foundation.

I would also like to inform that Mr. Wafiullah is expected to leave for Afghanistan in July
2011 and return to Krakow during the last week of September 2011 to continue his studies in
the MSc program in Computational Engineering.

The letter is to confirm that Mr. Wafiullah, who was born 1st January 1986
in Nangarhar, Afghanistan, passport number OA388683 took part in the preparatory
course for MSc study at the Interational Centre of Education.

Furthermore at present. Mr. Wafiullah studies MSc program in Computational

Engineering at Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology.
Classes will be taupht till 29th July 2011. Mr. Wafiullah, is expected to leave for
Afghanistan on 315 August 2011 and return to Krakow during the last week of
September 2011 (25-30 Sep) to commence the MSc program. to commence the MSc
program. Academic year starts on 1st October 2011.
The program commenced in October 2010 and shall be accomplished by
29th February 2012.

The cost of his tuition and stay in Krakow has been and will be covered by San Diego
State University Research Foundation within the framework of the agreement
between Cracow University of Technology and San Diego State University Research
Foundation.
