Mobile Banking - Reward points: Terms & Conditions


1. The Offer shall be valid between November 20, 2018 00:00 Hrs and November 30, 2018 23:59 Hrs (“Offer Period”).
2. This Offer is valid to select set of customers of Citibank who satisfy ALL the following conditions:
Should have logged into Citibank Online (https://www.citi.com/india) using their User ID and Internet PIN between August 1, 2018 and October 31, 2018.
Should not have logged into Citi Mobile through Citi Mobile App or Mobile browser using their User ID and Internet PIN between August 1, 2018 and
October 31, 2018.
Have received the invitation to this Offer via email/SMS/Mobile app notification/Citi web portal notification from Citibank or a Facebook ad from Citibank’s official
Facebook account.

3. Offer: Citibank, N.A. shall provide 250 reward points to the Customer’s bank account/ debit card in the event Customer performs one or more of the below qualifying
actions (“Qualifying actions”) on the Citi India Mobile App only using their Citibank Account or Debit Card, during the Offer Period:
Funds Transfer: (IMPS, NEFT, UPI using @Citi ID) Minimum transaction value from Rs. 100
Mobile Recharge: Minimum transaction value from Rs. 100
Utility Bill Payment: Minimum transaction value from Rs. 100
Wallet Recharge: Minimum transaction value from Rs. 1000
To avail the Offer, customers upon receipt of invitation to Offer vide via email/SMS/Mobile app notification/Citi web portal notification from Citibank or a Facebook ad
from Citibank’s official Facebook account are required to perform one or more of the above Qualifying actions.

4. Citibank shall send an intimation vide an e-mail on registered email ID, an SMS on registered mobile number of select eligible customer, as an app notification on the
Citi Mobile app or a Facebook ad from Citibank’s official account, at its sole discretion, to participate in the Offer who has not done a transaction through Citi India
Mobile App as above during the period August 01, 2018 to October 31, 2018. In order to be eligible for the Offer, customers should have a valid mobile number or
email id registered on the bank account held with Citibank.

5. The reward point will be credited directly to the Citibank account of eligible customers, within 90 working days from the end of Offer Period subject to customer having
received above mentioned intimation email/SMS/Mobile app notification/Citi web portal notification from Citibank or a Facebook ad from Citibank’s official Facebook
account and performed qualifying actions. The timeline provided for affecting the credit is only indicative of expected period and may differ from actual date of credit.

6. Citibank's discretion in determining eligibility of customer to participate in the Offer or to receive intimation to participate in Offer or for a transaction shall be final,
conclusive and binding upon the Customers. The Customer agrees, accepts and acknowledges that no claim, disputes shall be raised against Citibank in this regard
and Citibank shall not entertain any such communication at its end.

7. Customer will be eligible only once for the Offer during the Offer Period.
8. The decision of Citibank would be considered final for awarding the reward point to qualified customers. The Customer agrees and accepts that no claims pertaining to
the qualification for the reward point shall be raised against Citibank.

9. Citibank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to the Customer, directly or
indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer or by the use or non-use of the Offer.

10. Citibank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time and stage and at its discretion, without previous notice and from time to
time, withdraw/suspend/cancel or amend/modify/change/alter the terms of the Offer during the Offer Period, without assigning any reasons thereof. Continuing with the
Offer would deem that the customer has already accepted such amendments/ modifications. No dispute/communication will be entertained from the customer in this
regard.

11. Neither anything contained in these Terms & Conditions, nor the running of this Offer to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on Citibank, to continue
the Offer up to, on or after the Offer termination date or a commitment or representation by Citibank to conduct further such offers.

12. Citibank holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, services, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products/ services made available
to Customer by any merchant/ third party during the tenure of this Offer. All such dispute must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to the merchant/ third
parties and that Citibank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
13. The Customer shall not hold Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any
actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a member claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain
or incur, by way of and/or on account of the Offer and Citibank holds no warranties in respect of the same.
14. The terms & conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to the rules & regulations governing the usage of the Citibank Accounts, Citibank Cards and the Citibank
website. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Citibank from usage of the bank account/ debit cards by the Customer under
this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Citibank Account Terms & Conditions and Citi Mobile Banking Terms & Conditions. Customer can view the above
complete terms and conditions on Citibank online portal https://www.citi.com/india.
15. A Customer without being required to do any further act, shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein.
16. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person/customer.

17. If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank ,
including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots,
explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank, then Citibank shall not be liable for
the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
18. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts
in Mumbai.
