PERSYARATAN VISA (VISA REQUIEMENTS)

Requirements visa through the Indonesian Consulate (Immigration Section) in Hong Kong SAR
must be bring this following document :

1. Application Form & Declaration Form

2. 1 (one) recent color photograph, size 4 x 5 cm with White colored background
3. Original passport (passport valid more than six months) + copy of passport (the data
pages and valid Hong Kong visa stamp)
4. Hong Kong Identity Card
5. Hong Kong company recommendation (original company letter head with company’s
official stamp and signature)
6. Round trip onward/return ticket copy (confirmed with ticket numbers and itinerary)
7. Hotel Booking Confirmation
8. For business / social / family visit / exhibition / government duty also bring
Indonesian Sponsor Letter and Sponsor’s Indonesian Identity Card copy
9. For journalist / Press / Film / Video / Photo Shooting also bring
o A letter of recommendation from the company
o Summary / profile of the company
o Curriculum Vitae
o A synopsis or proposal of the film or photo project with details such as timetable,
locations and duration of stay; (enclosed, for filming purposes only)
o A signed statement for film/video shooting; (enclosed, for filming purposes only)
o A signed statement of the list of equipment which will be re-exported to Hong
Kong SAR
o Aprroval / Telex letter

All application should submit between 09:30 – 12.30 Monday to Friday in person or third party
with authorization letter from applicant, processing times is 3 (three) working days after Passport
and Bank Receipt submitted to our Consulate General

Important Note :

Application for several countries or holder of :

1. Temporary Passport
2. Emergency Passport
3. Travel Permit
4. Document of Identity

Has to submit the application with the above mentioned requirements, then refer to Indonesian
Immigration Authority for Approval Letter (Telex Letter). After the application is approved by
Immigration Authority, Passport and Bank Receipt should submit to Indonesian Consulate
General, the issuance of visa takes 3 (three) working days
